Mechanical Bed

The adoption of a movable gantry structure, integral welding, and tempering treatment ensures the machine tool’s long-term rigidity, stability, and shock resistance; the large-scale CNC gantry milling machine’s precision processing ensures high equipment precision and smooth operation.
The bed is welded using multiple rectangular pipes, with stiffeners placed inside the pipes to enhance its strength and tensile properties. Additionally, stress relief technology is applied to effectively prevent bed deformation and ensure no deformation occurs even after 20 years of use.

Cutting Head

Choose cutting heads from well-known brands such as RAYTOOLS and Boci, etc.
The auto-focus laser cutting head adjusts its focal point according to the thickness of the material being processed. This feature renders it suitable for processing profiles of varying thicknesses, there by reducing cutting time and enhancing cutting quality.
Laser cutting head is equipped with an imported capacitor non-contact height tracking system, ensures the cutting focus position to ensure stable cutting quality.

Pneumatic Chuck

The pneumatic chuck’s high-precision positioning system and stable clamping force ensure pipe stability during high-speed cutting, minimizing cutting errors caused by workpiece vibration and guaranteeing cutting accuracy.
By replacing jaws or employing specialized clamping methods, it accommodates various shapes and sizes of tubing and sheet metal such as round, square, and rectangular tubes while allowing clamping force adjustment to meet specific processing requirements.
Capable of completing clamping and unclamping actions in a short time, coordinating with the high-speed cutting of laser cutting machines.

Control System

Select the CypCut or RAYTOOLS control system. They are specifically designed to optimise the performance of fibre laser cutting machines. The software features straightforward installation, intuitive commissioning, and outstanding performance, supporting power-based speed adjustment to provide users with greater operational flexibility.
Effectively minimises cutting errors, making it suitable for precision machining scenarios demanding high accuracy. Graphic processing and operation are convenient and efficient, with broad compatibility and strong adaptability.

Laser Source

Our fiber laser source lineup comprises renowned brands such as Raycus (China), MAX(China) , with power capacities ranging from 1000W to 20,000W.
Compact design, maintenance free, highly integrated system with modular design, smaller size with higher stability.
The exceptionally high beam quality enables machining precision that meets high-end manufacturing standards. Cut plates feature narrow kerfs and bright cross-sections, while thick plate cutting avoids issues such as slag residue.

Water Chiller

Choose well-known brands such as Hanli or S&A water chiller. Compatible with various brand lasers, full range of environmentally friendly refrigerants, laboratory inspection, quality assurance.
High temperature control precision, suitable for precision applications; Highly energy-efficient with low operating costs. Stable operation with comprehensive protective mechanisms.
